Why are clothes for little girls are cut smaller shorter and tighter than clothes for little boys? No reason except stereotypes. All kids are within the same average range till puberty. And it has negative impacts for both boys and girls. When we interviewed a childrenswear buyer they shared that mostly the people planning girls ranges wont be talking to the team planning boys ranges AT ALL. They might not even know the sizes are so different.
